Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Valmasi! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience. Please read our policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Initiation Period: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return. Items not approved for refund will not be returned.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please complete the return form on the website. A $10 dollar restocking fee may apply. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Return Authorization: Once you receive authorization for your return, you can mail back to Valmasi, 250 E. Sepulveda Blvd #1130; Carson, CA 90745.

Method of Return: You may return the item using any carrier you chose, consider getting tracking so you can verify your package was delivered.
Processing Returns and Exchanges

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Refunds: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns to those who abuse the policy or do frequent returns of items.

Exchanges: Our supply of each size and color is limited so exchanges are not being offered at this time as there is a possibility that exchange may not be available in the color / size you want. This policy will be reevaluated when inventory increases.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

Gift cards

Sale items (if marked as final sale)

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Items that have been personalized with name, specialty or logo. Please verify size closely before purchasing. (Embroidery not offered yet).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately hello@valmasi.com with your order number and 2-3 photos of the damaged or defective product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Gift Purchase Returns
If you are purchasing a gift for someone, please mark GIFT PURCHASE to allow for proper processing of returns if needed.
Lost Items
If your order never arrived and it shows as delivered, please contact us at hello@valmasi.com. When ordering by mail, please make sure you have a secure place to receive your items. We want you to be a satisfied customer and we will work with you to make it right, however if it appears to be fraud or abuse of this policy, we will deny the request to replace the item.
Abuse of Return Policy
We understand that returns can happen from time to time, however abuse of the return policy will result in denial of future returns. Abuse can be defined as: frequent returns, frequently returning large amounts of items or persistently returning past the allotted return date.
