How to find 360 degrees of fit?
What does 360 degrees of fit mean? I want you to be pleased with your fit from all sides. How do you find your size? You can use the size chart as a guide, however some women prefer their clothes to fit loose while others prefer a close fit. If you find your measurements are at the upper edge of a certain size, decide which type of fit you prefer. If you find your measurements are not fitting in the size charts as you would expect, choose a size that gives you more room. I have included 4 scenarios that may help you in choosing your size.
Leah, who wears 38D, feels her scrub tops are frequently tight across her chest. Sometimes she just wears a T-shirt so she can feel more comfortable. In t-shirt size she is a size LARGE. My suggestion for Leah is to buy a LARGE CURVY top.
Renee buys XLARGE size scrub pants, if it is a relaxed cut, it may fit fine. Normally she feels the waist band may drop in the back when she bends and it can feel snug at the thighs. My suggestion for Renee is to buy pants in size XLARGE CURVY.
Val would wear a MEDIUM if she had enough room for her hips and butt, however she buys scrub pants one size up, (LARGE), to accommodate her hips and butt. Sometimes the waist band is a little loose. My suggestion for Val is to buy pants that give her extra room where she needs it, get MEDIUM CURVY.
Juanita buys a size XXL and feels it fits her the comfortably. She does not have any trouble with tightness across the chest or snug fit at the thighs. My suggestion for Juanita is to buy both the top and pants in size XXL.

Measurement Instructions
When determining your size, use your waist measurement first, the style is fitted at the waist. For a less fitted look, consider sizing up 1 size.
Bust: Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your bust and around your back. The tape measure should lay flat against your body, not too tight.
Waist: Measure around the smallest part of your body, this is the natural waist. The tape should be flat against your body, snug, not tight.
Hips: Stand with legs together, measure around the fullest part, usually this is 8-9 inches below the waist. There can be slight variations depending on leg length.
Inseam: Standing straight, measure the inside of the leg from your crotch to the bottom of your ankle. The tape should be straight and taught.
