Shipping Policy
At Valmasi, we are committed to delivering high-quality scrubs tailored for women in healthcare. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to create the best possible products for you.
Processing Times
In-stock items: For items that are in stock, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipment.
Items not in-stock: There will be a wait list for these items and you can sign up to be notified when they are back in stock.
Shipping Schedule: Once your order is ready, we ship on Mondays. If Monday is a holiday, we will ship on Tuesday to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (U.S.): Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout they vary based on your location. Your shipping times will also vary based on location. Holidays may affect shipping time.
Expedited Shipping (U.S.): If you select expedited shipping at checkout, review delivery times based on which carrier you choose.
Please note that actual delivery times may differ depending on your location and external factors like carrier delays. Valmasi has no control over these delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification.
Holiday Cut-Off
Orders placed by December 5 and mailed by December 9, will arrive by Christmas. Orders placed by December 12 and mailed by December 16, may arrive by Christmas.
Orders placed between December 13 - 15, orders may be shipped on December 16. Orders place December 16, or later will arrive after Christmas.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. We look forward to expanding our shipping options in the future!
Damaged Items
If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us at the email below and provide us with photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to make the order right.
Lost Items
You may get a notification stating when your package will be delivered. Sometimes there are things that delay delivery so the stated date should be used as an estimate. The delivery service at times will state an item is delivered but at the last minute, there is a delay. Do not report your item lost right away. Sometime carriers may mark something delivered but it has not been delivered. Waiting another day may be needed to allow time for your items to be delivered.
